We played relaxing classical music in our daughter’s room when she was a baby. It was always playing, and just entering her room brought about a feeling of peace.

Yu, You’re welcome. Reiki is one of my favorite methods for self healing. Combine that with some good music and it’s really wonderful.

I have heard of Reiki but never done it, I will have to check it out. Thanks for the great site and music info. I listen to many relaxation music when I put my 1 year old to sleep. I realize that it makes me sleepy too, which is good thing as it is relaxing me!

Hi Eric,

First time I hear about Reiki Music but after listening to some samples in the link you provide I can recognize the kind of music and is definitely something I have to investigate further. Don’t be surprise if I end up buying some CD’s

For now I have lots of CD’s of relaxing music that really help to concentrate and relax from daily stress. Thank you for the info!
