Patty, that’s kind of what I thought at first too. But after reading it, it made more sense. It’s simply taking control of your own mind. I tried some of the techniques and can say that there was no pain involved.

Hi Eric – I enjoyed the book reviews, especially the Silva Method. I must admit I’ve heard of it and been somewhat creeped out by the words “mind control.” Like, if it’s something you do to others, it sounds manipulative; or if it’s something you do to yourself, it sounds a bit painful! Just goes to show the power that words have over me, and that I should not assume. Thanks for that.
