Manifesting Abundance with an Abundance Check

Manifesting Abundance Check

by Eric Watermolen on May 19, 2010

Manifesting abundance is a wonderful concept.  The idea is that you put thought into something and that something manifests itself into reality.  I’ve mentioned manifesting abundance before when a wheelbarrow showed up in my back yard just when I needed it the most. That was actually quite a surprise as I wasn’t trying to manifest it, but it had been in my thoughts.

I find the idea of manifesting abundance fascinating.  Yesterday as I was browsing some of my favorite blogs, I came across a great post by Evelyn Lim at Abundance Tapestry.  Evelyn is extremely creative when it comes to manifesting abundance and always has plenty of crafts, ideas, and examples to help her readers manifest their own abundance.  The post that caught my eye talks about making an Abundance Check.

An Abundance Check is a blank check from the Universe.  Now that’s a check that sounds pretty awesome!  It’s a blank check that you fill in with any amount that you desire to have, the date you’d like to have it, and a memo to indicate the circumstance in which you’d like to receive this money.

Maybe you’d like to have 100 bucks for a fun night on the town, or maybe $10,000 from some ebay sales, or maybe $100,000 in lottery winnings, or maybe $1 million in income or salary.   This is your chance to dream big and let the universe figure out how to make it happen. I made one for myself and put it in my wallet.  She mentions writing your check on during the new moon, but I went ahead and did mine a couple days later.  I don’t think the timing is as important as just getting it done and setting the intention in motion.  Besides, you can always write another check during the full moon next month; one can never have too many checks. :)

And now I’m going to send you over to Abundance Tapestry to learn more about the Abundance Check.  Evelyn also has a downloadable copy of the blank check that you can fill out and print.  So head over there and check it out.

Love this. I was about to write a list of all the things I want to help me blog better (eg video camera, ipad, microphone, iphone, mircrophone) and add the cost. I thought the list would help me focus on getting them. Same idea, different way of acknowledging your need/desire. I like the cheque book idea too:)

Hey Annabel, I should make a list like that. There’s a few things on your list that I’d love to have. (actually, most of them) Maybe make the list and then write out the check (or cheque) for the universe to pay for everything. :)

Great post. There are too many things I can write a check for…ha ha. Is my wallet large enough? Is there enough paper for such? Just joking! Manifesting abundance meets law of attraction? Enjoyed the read and will check back in the future!

Ali, that’s the great thing about these checks, write as many as you like. Or write one big one to cover everything. As long as you have paper in the printer, you can continue to write checks from the Universe’s unlimited bank account.

Thanks for dropping by, I hope to see you around.
