		<description>It&#039;s good to see that you are experimenting with different methods.  I like the stories idea, at least that is a creative use of that pre-sleep time.  I really like the color choice for your phrase.  &quot;Blue&quot; seems so calming and you associate it with calming ideas.  I&#039;d love to hear how it works out for you.</description>

		<description>Do you mean insomnia? Yes, i have the problem. Just to inform, i need about 1-1.5 hour to get asleep. Before it, i&#039;m always make my own story such be a hero, love story, i&#039;m as lucky man, and some ditry mind :P

I&#039;m already try many things such work till midnight or turn on the classic music, but it&#039;s not helped.

Ok, i&#039;ll follow the tips. Maybe i will use &quot;blue&quot; as a phrase since it&#039;s my favourite color and sound fresh like an blue ocean and blue sky.</description>

		<description>I am grateful to be one of those who has no problem falling asleep on most night. And yet your writings resonate with a seminar which I went to many years back. I have also put it into writings in one of my blogs. The basic principles used in that seminar are the same as what you have written here; the choosing of the phrase, breathing etc. I could say that it should work for all people if they put it into practice. I did the exercise during the seminar and I found that I was able to focus my mind and put it into a calmer and restful state. :)
